We worked alongside Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, artists in their own right, who blend different cuts using only beef from small, family-owned farms to create our proprietary beef blend. The result? Burgers that are artfully composed and recklessly devoured.

Originally a special feature at The Capital Grille, our namesake burger developed such a cult following, we had to build it its own restaurant. Now, with help from famed Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors to develop our proprietary beef blend, we're able to dedicate every waking hour to building the juiciest, most masterfully grilled burger this world has ever seen. A magnum opus on brioche, served with perfectly golden sea salt fries and, if we've got anything to say about it, washed down with one of our handcrafted cocktails.

Behind the bar, our mixologists shake, swizzle, and stir up top-shelf libations, like our Smoked Bacon Old Fashioned, made with bacon infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, maple syrup, bitters, and candied bacon. If beer and wine are more your style, we've got a long list of local brews on tap and award-winning wines.
